Terms of service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and HitScore Labs LLC (“we”), which runs App Pages. By creating an account you agree to them.
What App Pages does
App Pages creates and hosts web pages for iOS apps (a landing page, privacy policy, terms, support page and universal links file) from App Store listings and the settings you enter.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Apps you add
- Only add apps you publish or are authorized to represent. Pages for someone else's app may be removed without notice.
- You're responsible for the content of your pages, including your privacy policy and terms. The text we generate is a template based on your answers. It isn't legal advice, and you should check that it describes your app accurately.
- Don't use App Pages for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, such as phishing, impersonation, malware or spam. We may suspend sites that do.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan covers one app and shows a small “Made with App Pages” link.
- Indie is billed per app, monthly or yearly. Adding or removing an app changes the number of seats, and Stripe prorates the difference.
- Studio is a flat monthly price for unlimited apps.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time from the billing page. Cancelling keeps your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan, your pages stay up on apppages.dev, and custom domains stop working.
- We don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing prices.
Custom domains
You must own or control any domain you connect. We issue and renew its HTTPS certificate while it points to us.
Availability
We work to keep App Pages fast and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Ending your account
You can delete apps any time and close your account by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
Disclaimer and liability
App Pages is provided “as is.” As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll email you at least 14 days before they apply.
