Privacy policy

App Pages is run by HitScore Labs LLC (“we”). This policy covers apppages.dev, the dashboard at app.apppages.dev, and the pages we host for your apps. It's short because we collect very little.
What we collect from you
- Your email address, to send you sign-in links and important account notices.
- Your apps' details. The public App Store information we import (name, icon, screenshots, description, version) and the settings you enter, such as your privacy answers, support email and Team ID.
- Billing records. Payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your plan and the Stripe customer and subscription ids. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records request details such as IP address and browser for security and troubleshooting, kept for a short time.
Messages people send through your support page
When someone uses the contact form on a page we host for you, we store their name, email address and message so you can read it in your dashboard, and we forward it to your support email. We handle these messages on your behalf and don't use them for anything else. Each support page links to your own privacy policy so people know who they're writing to.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal data.
- We don't show ads, and we don't use analytics or tracking scripts on the dashboard or on the pages we host for you.
- We use one cookie, to keep you signed in to the dashboard.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the site, the database and email delivery, and serves custom domains. Their privacy policy.
- Stripe processes payments. Their privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on apppages.dev and the dashboard, which means your browser contacts Google to load them. The pages we host for your apps don't use them. Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. Deleting an app deletes its pages and its support messages right away. To close your account and delete everything, email support@apppages.dev and we'll do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@apppages.dev. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
App Pages is a tool for app developers and isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes we'll email account holders first.
