My App Store link isn't working
On your app's App Store page, tap Share, then Copy Link, and paste the whole link. If the app isn't out yet, choose “Not out yet” and add it by hand. You can link the listing once it's live.
Where do I paste my URLs in App Store Connect?
Open your app in App Store Connect, then App Information. Paste the Privacy Policy URL there, and the Support URL and Marketing URL on the version page. Your dashboard shows all four with copy buttons.
My universal links open Safari instead of the app
Check three things. Your Team ID and bundle ID in App Pages must match the app. The app must have applinks:yourdomain under Associated Domains in Xcode. And the path must match one of your patterns, which you can check with the link tester on the Universal links tab. iOS caches the file, so changes can take a day to show up on devices.
My custom domain says “Waiting for DNS”
Add the CNAME record shown on the Domain tab at your DNS provider. Most changes show up within minutes, though some providers take a few hours. Press “Check now” to look again. Bare domains such as yourapp.com need a DNS provider that supports CNAME flattening or ALIAS records.
Why does my site say “Not verified”?
We check that your App Store listing links to your App Pages site, so nobody can make pages for an app that isn't theirs. Put your Privacy Policy URL, Support URL or Marketing URL from the dashboard into App Store Connect, then press “Check now” on the Site tab. Until then your pages work normally but stay out of search results.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your dashboard and choose “Manage billing”. Your pages stay up on the free plan.
